Personal items: Knitted jumper
Today I shall be re-shooting Jo’s bear as mentioned below and also Ewan’s knitted jumper.
ITEM 5- EWANS JUMPER
IDEAS ON ANGLE OF HOW TO SHOOT:
Although not the greatest of images in terms of exposure and focus I quiet like the angle of the shot, the close up of the neckline will bring out texture of the knit itself thus emphasising the quality go the jumper along with framing the label of where the jumper was purchased from which is a key part of the knit when you initially look at it.
May try to fold the knit jumper in half and see how the shadow works with the image, maybe light from the top to create a soft grey drop shadow.
This shot is interesting there is a lot going on with the product, the crossing of arms the texture the low dim lighting in certain areas and the drop shadowing around the folds/creases. the light is obviously coming form the left hand side of the camera.
A fairly proffesional shot, the texture of the jumper is clear, the shirt which has been used as a prop gives the shot more detail.
